Technical Review Committee

The Oldham County Planning Commission has established a Technical Review Committee that allows agencies, including the Oldham County Sewer District, an opportunity to comment on proposed developments at an early stage.  OCSD receives plans for the TRC meeting from the Planning Commission approximately 2 weeks prior to the meeting and provides a cursory review to determine if it is possible to serve the development with sanitary sewers.  There is no fee required for OCSD's review prior to the TRC meeting, and developers are encouraged to meet with OCSD prior to the TRC meeting.
